My long term goal is...
To lose 43 pounds by Christmas. I would like to lose it by October 1st but I will accept the total 43 pound loss as a Christmas gift to myself.
My short term goal is...
To lose 10 pounds by August 31st! That should be real simple, right?!?!
How do I plan to lose it, you're asking?
Well, I am going to attempt Weight Watchers - you know, the whole points thing. We'll see how that goes. Thanks to 2 awesome friends that have used/are using WW and their wonderful tips and advice they've been giving me!! In addition to WW, I am also doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) thanks to my manager and her workout expertise! =) Oh, and playing on the Wii Fit & Wii Fit Plus, occasionally.
My reward will be...
Christmas Dinner!!! LOL! If you know me, you already know that I LOVE food! Thanksgiving and Christmas are my two favorite holidays thanks to my momma's cooking (& everyone else that cooks dinners)!! There's nothing like that good 'ole southern cooking - cornbread dressing, baked ham with pineapples, cherries, and honey dripping off of it, homemade mac & cheese, and some banana pudding! (MOMMA YOU BETTER COOK THIS YEAR!! LOL!)
